I have survived cirrhosis of the liver, hit by a flat bed semi truck, looked death in the face and walked away(Yes I still have all the equipment I was born with). I believe in god and angels and my favorite quote is " God is working on my behalf even when I can't see him" I at one point weighed 300 Lbs. I am now down to 225. I am not where I want to be but almost at my goal of of 190 I do Les Mills body Pump class and free weights, I like all kinds of music, Elton, Country Gospel, Rap Rock, Pop, All Kinds of movies, live comedy, dining out working out and hanging out.
